At NRG we are huge gaming fans! We know what gamers want, and we delivered! April 2^nd saw the first of many NRG Hardcore Gamer Events take place. With an $8,000 cheque on the line for Mr. Hardcore Gamer the tension was high through the two qualifiers and the main event; finally taken out by Korean StarCraft II champion, ACE!

Hardcore Gamer was attended by more than 300 people and prizes were awarded to the top 10 gamers! The main event was a great success and ran for over 14hours, one of the longest finals in Australian e-sports history!

NRG are behind Australian gaming, and want to see it excel to the heights it has overseas. We want to be the name behind the Australian Gaming Scene.
